Christmas Card Design Studio

Would you like to have your Christmas cards done and ready to send by Thanksgiving this year?  I can help.

Set up a time with me on Saturday, October 10th between 9A and 12N or 5P and 7P so I can help you design your personal Christmas card. You may bring ideas with you or look at my ideas and let me help you personalize it to your taste.

Then we'll order all the supplies you need for as many cards as you need and I will cut everything for you so you're ready to stamp. You’ll leave with the design in hand and specific suggestions on how to complete them in a timely manner.

If you cannot come that day, I'll will be posting several choices of cards with supplies here next week that you may choose from.  Order deadline Oct. 10th.

Shipping: if you need your cut supplies shipped to you, there will be an additional shipping fee, otherwise this service is free.

Or, just need a few really special cards?  Join me for a

November 21st 9AM til 2 PM-----reg. deadline November 7th

Space is limited to 12 so early registration is crucial

Registration-payment, must be received by 2 weeks before each class--if there is still space available up to 2 weeks prior, the late cost of registration will go up to $50.

10-7-09  Thank you all for responding and your kind words!  Congratulations to Andrea Karcher who won the set!

Just wanted to say Thank you for subscribing to my blog!  I hope that you occasionally find some inspiration here.

I was able to earn another hostess set and since Christmas is quickly approaching, I thought someone would like to win another one.

So, once again, just click below this post where it says (0) comments, you’ll fill in your name and make your comment.  On October 5th, I’ll draw a name from those that commented so that someone will win this great stamp set!

October Classes

IMG_7094

I'm sure you're anxious to see the ideas for next month's class!

It took me awhile to decide on just the best projects but I think you'll be thrilled with the one's I've chosen.  Here's a sneak peek at 2 of the 3 projects you'll get to do. A pheasant card and a cute box!

The 3rd project that is not shown is a card that everyone oohs and aaahs over and I would be remiss if I did not teach you how to make it—that’s all I’m saying!

Stampin' University dates, times and locations are posted on my Event Calendar so please check them out and then let me know if you'd like to participate.  Please RSVP by October 3rd!

2 Easy payment options: Each month club members stamp for free and anyone can choose to stamp for free by placing a minimum $25 order or paying $15 for the class.

This little box opens up to reveal note cards, candy or whatever you choose to put in there!

Good Friend Scrapbook Page

IMG_7063

The inspiration for this page came from a display at convention.  I loved it and wanted to recreate it using current colors and paper.  Here is what I came up with and I thought I’d share the process with you.

This is a close up view!

Our 25th Anniversary

IMG_0261

Yesterday Joel and I celebrated our 25th Anniversary!  Wow, so hard to believe.  2 weeks ago, our families had a surprise party for us with our family and most of our bridal party—plus their families--were able to come.

They shocked me—I had no idea til we were sitting in front of the place and even the ribbons on the poles didn’t jog my brain!  Joel got a little notice so that he could get us there, but not me.

Last night, Joel and I went out to Chili’s and used a gift certificate that we’d gotten.  Oh, the food!  Then the waitress brought us this delectable dessert—on the house!

This is the card that I made for Joel.  It was inspired by a card by Michelle Zindorf.
