Stamp A Stack of Occasions Cards

IMG_3783

Saturday I gave you a sneak at one of the cards for the Stamp A Stack.  I thought I’d show you a few more and let you know the dates and times when you can join the fun!

This card is done with Not Quite Navy and Certainly Celery.  Tash and I put our heads together on this one and I think it turned out to be one of my very favorite.  We used a bunch of stuff.  I decided on 2 backgrounds: Medallion and En Francais.  We definitely wanted to use the Beveled Windowpanes from the Mini and the Clearly for You set that is obviously designed for it.

Here’s a close up of the Windowpane:

The designer paper is from the Mini catalog—Springtime Vintage.  and has Certainly Celery Taffeta Ribbon.  We added the touch of butterflies in Very Vanilla from our Embosslit Die, Beautiful Wings.  Then it still didn’t look quite finished until I added the scallop border by punching the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border, then cutting it in half—one for the top, one for the bottom.

This card was designed by one of the talented girls in my group, Anne Garner.  What a great concept to use a piece of DSP to represent a cake.  The paper is from the SAB pack  and the stamp set used is also a SAB set, So Happy For You

The colors she used are Marina Mist, Daffodil Delight, Melon Mambo and Pumpkin Pie.

This card will be for a kid’s birthday part of our Stamp A Stack.

I just got this swap from Marcia Frances.  It’s so beautiful and we will be using it as a possible Sympathy card in our Stamp A Stack (no it won’t say Bliss!)

She stamped this SAB set, Bliss, on Whisper White, then sponged some of the areas Baja Breeze and some Crumb Cake, then she ran it through the Big Shot with the embossing folder, square lattice.  Love everything Marcia!

This is a swap from Diane Silver. What gorgeous colors.   We won’t be using this as a baby card, probably a Thinking of You or Get Well.  This card also uses the Springtime Vintage Cardstock.

Okay, so now you’ve seen most of the cards—there will be one to surprise you!

Stamp A Stack Details:

You will make 12 cards, 2 each of 6 different designs for All Occasions.  There will be stamps for the inside of the card as well and you can stamp your envelopes to coordinate.

The cost of the class is $30 which includes the prepared supplies for the cards ($20 value), a pack of the Windowpanes ($7.95 value), and a pack of the Springtime Vintage DSP ($9.95 value).
