I was blessed today to be able to hold my grandson for the first time! I’m sure my smile was huge when Beth said, “You get to hold him today!”
What a precious little bundle he is.
He is gaining weight gradually and is up to 5’ 2”—almost back up to birth weight.
Tyler and Beth got to bathe and dress him today so it was a special day for them too.
He is still on oxygen and his lungs are still developing but he’s doing so well.
Then it was Joel’s turn to hold him:
Mommy and Daddy! 
Tyler sent me the picture of the peek-a-boo baby. I haven’t gotten to see him awake yet!
