Dip-Dying Cardstock

Ombre, the French term meaning, "to shade",  is the term often used for the look of dip-dying.  And it's quite fashionable these days.  Why not in our crafting as well!

This little tag is dip-dyed and here's a little tutorial on how to do it with paper and ink.
