I had to know that best way when cutting out about 30 of these in preparation for my March classes

 We used the spritzing tool filled with alcohol and ink refills to spray the dazzling diamonds glimmer paper and then glued the Rose Wonder die cut on top.

Everyone's card was different and all gorgeous.  The yellow was done with Daffodil Delight
