Okay, I commented before I read the instructions. I see the scalloped circle die, and My Digital Studio must have been used. Just add Cake dsp. alphabets simple numbers.
I sure wish I could take the credit--it is adorable isn't it. It was done with the paper--I thought fabric too at first.
