I used the background stamp, Watercolor Wash #139538 on Watercolor Paper  #122959
The card base is the new Shine On Designer Paper #140579; it's a heavier kraft paper with silver foil designs...very pretty

This card has Going Places Stack #140581 and our Corrugated paper  #138317 and for the gold stars I used Itty Bitty Accents and colored them with a gold sharpie
